The Whites from Hampshire love cooking traditional British food, and a roast dinner is their speciality. They also love to cook curries with homemade naan breads and a mix of veggie and meat dishes. The White family support local farmers and always try and use local ingredients.

Since moving back home after university Molly has taken on the role of family cook - which her mum is pleased about. Molly has lots of kitchen gadgets and loves baking.

Dad William used to holiday on farms in Devon, and studied agriculture at university. His dream job was to become a digger driver, but when he realised the cost of starting up a farm he decided to go into the office side of farming.

Jack has followed in a similar path, also working in the business side of farming. He lives 20 minutes away from his family home with his girlfriend and has reared his own lambs, which he got from a farming friend. He enjoys using the meat to make tasty dishes for family and friends.

Born and raised in Oldstead, North Yorkshire, into a family of farmers, chef Tommy Banks’s passion for food and nature flourished from a young age.

Tommy’s family bought The Black Swan just as he finished school and he started working there with no real intention of becoming a chef, but by 2013, at the age of 24, Tommy was awarded a Michelin Star - making him the youngest Michelin-starred chef in Britain at the time.
