When we first find Evan and Faith in this series it’s safe to say she’s not best pleased with him! Their relationship has been pushed to breaking point but can Evan mend what has been broken or is it too late for them?

How do things start for Evan in series two? What’s in store for him?

It’s very difficult for me to answer that question without giving too much away, but suffice to say we find Evan paying for all his wrongdoing in series one. As to what’s in store for him... trying to make amends for the same, with what amount of success? There are some strong forces at work this year pulling him one way or another.

How do Evan’s relationships with Faith and Steve develop in series two?

When we first find Evan and Faith in this series it’s safe to say she’s not best pleased with him! Their relationship has been pushed to breaking point but can Evan mend what has been broken or is it too late for them? These are the things we find out in series two.

As for Evan and Steve... well, having found his wife in Steve’s arms and about to kiss in the finale of series one I think any hope of them remaining friendly is scarce!

What’s your favourite thing about Evan?

My favourite thing about Evan is errr umm... his boat! He has made some very poor choices but can he redeem himself is the question.

How does series two feel different?

I’m not sure it does feel very different. As with the first series, we are still trying to tell a story of a family in a small community ripped apart by the actions of a criminal organisation. In this new series we are still very much feeling the repercussions from series one. And I hope that we manage to do that with the same amount of passion and honesty in the performance from our cast.

Sum up Keeping Faith in a few words

Family... business... conflict... heart.

What are your memorable moments on set?

For me the most memorable moments have been - without sounding pretentious - feeling creatively fulfilled and very lucky to have had the opportunity to work again with such an awesome group of people, both cast and crew.
