Rocky coast | The Lizard

Lizard map

Ö÷²¥´óÐã copyright

The Lizard Peninsular is a fascinating place to take a walk on the wild side.

This area boasts the largest area of serpentine rock in England. Its mild climate means that there are excellent conditions for flowering plants. Also look out for Choughs, an amazing black bird with a bright red beak, on the cliff tops.
