CROWD REACTION: Plenty of the usual suspects are here - clearly a lot of people are very familiar with this band. A small pocket have even created a tiny mosh pit and are trying their best to surf. Such energy, especially when coupled with singing every word, is always appreciated. Those not in the FWW fan club seem impressed as well - as far as the beer tents there's nodding of heads. Quite a few will be taking Cahir's advise today and buying that debut album, choosing to "listen to some decent music for a change". STAND OUT MOMENT: Cahir's rock'n'roll star swagger never fails to simultaneously amuse and impress. It's a good job he has it too, for anyone else might have been decidedly huffy and snotty once the battle of the bogroll commenced (seriously, was that an attempt to heckle or DIY streamers trying to recreate the Flaming Lips stage how?) They also stir up the crowd by slagging off the bands set to follow them this evening. Sample quote: 'Are you looking forward to the Enemy? We're not.' Fighting talk, indeed.
