This is the first time Philippa has ever presented her own radio show,
but she's really geared up for the challenge of hosting The Morning
Show.
Philippa says: "I'm a big fan of Radio Bristol, so I was really pleased
to be asked to present my own show.
"It's going to be a challenge working the desk and making sure
everything runs smoothly, but I'm really looking forward to it."
Philippa is no stranger to presenting on television, having fronted
Tomorrow's World, Heaven and Earth, Crufts, Robot Wars and a host
of other programmes.
She adds: "I'm used to presenting live on TV, but it will be a different
kettle of fish taking calls from the public and discussing anything
that comes up!"
From Monday to Thursday next week, Philippa will be commanding the
airwaves, speaking to guests, introducing phone-ins and music, and opening
up local discussions.
