David Morrissey returns as the infamous Ripley Holden in Viva Blackpool - a one-off magical, musical spectacular from the award-winning writer Peter Bowker, creator of the Golden Globe-nominated original series Blackpool.

Georgia Taylor also returns as Ripley's daughter Shyanne for more all-singing, all-dancing action in the glitzy seaside town.

Following Blackpool and the implosion of his life and his dreams, Ripley headed to the bright lights and casinos of Vegas but once there he discovered God.
听
Now a reverend, Ripley has returned to his spiritual home and established Blackpool's first Vegas-style Chapel of Love.
听
With his daughter Shyanne as his assistant, Ripley performs themed wedding ceremonies from Dickens to Hogwarts.
听
And he is content with his lot (living in a caravan in the chapel car park) until glamorous bride Kitty De-Luxe is jilted at his altar and he falls hopelessly in love.
听
Meanwhile Ripley's friend Patrick dies leaving him his football memorabilia including the Jules Rimet trophy.
听
Ripley is being courted by two rival bidders but when he visits the bereaved mother he's horrified to find that she's placed Patrick's ashes in the trophy as the centre piece of a shrine to her beloved son.
听
Can he bring himself to steal it? And is Kitty everything she seems?
A story of love, loss, blackmail and ice-dancing in the glitzy lights of Blackpool.

Megan Dodds stars as the purring Kitty De-Luxe, Mark Williams and Keith Allen are rival trophy purchasers Tommy Vesty and Steve Pollard and Annette Crosbie is Mrs Berry, the bereaved mother.

Eddie Large makes a guest appearance as Blackpool's best Eddie Large look-a-like.
