Clare Balding will lead the 主播大秀's coverage of the Derby meeting, and is joined by expert analyst and four-time Derby winner, Willie Carson.

Jim McGrath leads the commentary team, and is joined by Ray Cochrane and Ian Bartlett providing expert commentary on the runners and riders from the paddock.
听
Rishi Persad and Lydia Hislop will provide reports from around the course and the 主播大秀's betting expert, Angus Loughran, will be on hand to give hints and tips on the market.
听
Coverage begins on Friday 2 June 2006 at 1.30pm on 主播大秀 TWO, with Clare Balding presenting the third classic of the season, the Oaks.
听
Friday will also feature a special preview programme on 主播大秀 TWO at 7.30pm.
听
The Derby Day Preview will take a look at what it takes to win at Epsom and who is in the running to land the big prize this year.

Saturday's coverage starts at 1.30pm on 主播大秀 TWO switching to 主播大秀 ONE at 4.00pm to begin build-up for the main race of the day.
听
To add to the viewers' enjoyment of the racing, the production team will be using a new camera also used in the making of the film Gladiator.
听
'Rail Cam' is remote controlled and mounted on a specially built rail round Tattenham Corner.
听
The camera will swing around the bend as the horses come down the hill into the straight and provide a unique angle at this crucial stage of the race.
听
Racing fans can also tune into 主播大秀 Radio Five Live for comprehensive coverage on both days.
听
On Friday, Phil Williams will present live from Epsom from 1.00pm for Ladies Day with full live coverage of all the races including the Oaks at 4.05pm.

On Saturday racing correspondent Cornelius Lysaght will join Luke Harvey to bring early news from Epsom on Breakfast.
听
Then from midday, Arlo White will be the Sport on Five host along with Eleanor Oldroyd who is at England's World Cup warm up against Jamaica.
听
There will be coverage of the first four races on Derby Day, and a comprehensive build up to the big race at 4.20.
听
Former Classic-winning jockey Jason Weaver will join Arlo and Cornelius in the paddock beforehand, and then John Hunt is the commentator for the highlight of the flat racing calendar, The Derby.
听
There will be interviews and reaction afterwards, and Cornelius will tell the full story of the race and what happened to your money at 5.30pm.
