Geoff Clark's new radio show, Lazy Sunday Afternoons, launches on Sunday 6 June, 2pm-5pm on Ö÷²¥´óÐã Radio Kent.

A well-known face in the region, Geoff is bringing his considerable broadcasting talents to Kent's radio station to create the perfect accompaniment to summer Sunday afternoons.

So whether you're listening in the garden or at the allotment, relaxing with the papers after the Sunday roast, or tuning in for the cricket scores while out and about, Geoff's new show promises the perfect balance of chat and music to help the weekend wind down.

Geoff will be taking calls and making sure listeners get the latest sport and travel information while playing great music past and present. Plus he's keen for listeners to shun their PCs as he will be encouraging them to pick up a pen and write to the show with their thoughts, views and requests.

Geoff said: "I am really looking forward to being part of Ö÷²¥´óÐã Radio Kent and especially hearing from listeners. Radio is a lot more personal than television; you have a different relationship with your audience, so I hope we are going to have a lot of fun together."
