Conditions of Entry:

Brain of Britain is a general knowledge quiz open to members of the public. Admission to the series is by application and audition.

The production team retains the right to decide who competes in the series, and the decision to offer a place will be based on audition performance, the applicant’s suitability for appearance in a radio broadcast, and, where competitors are similarly well qualified, the desire to achieve a broad balance of gender, age and geographical profile across the series.

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• They may not be current 主播大秀 employees in any capacity.
• They may not have taken part in a previous series of Brain of Britain more recently than five years ago: so that (for example) a contestant who appeared in the 2010 series is not eligible again until 2015.
• They may not have been named Brain of Britain champion at any point in the programme's history.
• Applicants who have been, or have agreed to be, contestants in other quizzes should inform the producer on their application form, and their inclusion in Brain of Britain will be at the producer’s discretion.
