In the 200m, Tyson Gay and Wallace Spearmon face the threat of Jamaica's World Junior record holder Usain Bolt, while the main threat to defending 400m champion Jeremy Wariner is likely to be from rejuvenated team-mate Angelo Taylor, a former Olympic champion over 400m hurdles.
