Tragedy hits AAU, and Linden has to help Faye and Holly through the day from hell. Meanwhile, Thandie resorts to desperate measures to prove herself to Ric.

Linden wants to help Faye through a difficult day but she and Holly are both upset when a young boy dies. Linden has to choose: who needs him most?

Thandie wants to prove to Ric she is a good doctor, so fiddles some notes to ensure they work together on a case. When Michael becomes involved, things do not go according to plan.

Maria is left in charge of Darwin. The task runs smoothly for a while, until the stress gets to her and she becomes a bit of a monster.
