We hear from the woman known as 'Kombat Kate' who puts Rory Kinnear's stage Hamlet through his paces in a sword fight. While fairy cakes were once the stuff of children's tea parties, increasingly cupcakes, whoopee pies and jellies are sold to grown women - a worrying infantilisation of food or a bit of fun?
