The UN Security Council has backed a resolution on Libya that supports a no-fly zone and "all necessary measures" to protect civilians short of an invasion.

Adil interviews Lord David Owen, Sir Malcolm Rifkind and Sir Menzies Campbell.

He talks to Sir Michael Graydon, Chief of the UK Air Staff in the 1990s and Rory Stewart, Conservative MP on the Foreign Affairs Select Committee.

Adil hears from Libyans around the globe.

The programme includes the speech of the UK ambassador to the UN and also the Libyan Government news conference from the Under Seceretary for Foreign Affairs, Dr Khalid Kaim.
