Documentary following seven newly qualified doctors as they begin work on the wards of two of Newcastle's busiest hospitals. The reality of the profession starts to unfold.

Junior Doctors: Your Life in Their Hands is a combination of stories from the series which aired on 主播大秀 Three. It follows a group of recently qualified junior doctors as they hit the wards of the Royal Victoria Infirmary and The General, in Newcastle.

Following five years of intense study, these twenty-somethings are about to embark on one extraordinary career. The junior doctors live together across three emotionally charged months, whilst working in roles that take us to the heart of some of the hospitals' busiest departments which include A&E, gastro and the Emergency Admissions Unit.

It's a huge learning curve for the junior doctors involving tears, laughter and elation as the reality of their new professional lives starts to unfold.
