With exactly a year til the Olympics the show comes from the Olympic Aquatics Centre in east London.

Shelagh speaks to current and former Olympians, including Matthew Pinsent and swimmers Nick Gillingham and David Davies, the London Mayor Boris Johnson, the President of the International Olympic Committee Jacques Rogge and children from the local swimming club.

Shelagh also gets to swim in the Olympic swimming pool herself.
