David Whiteley investigates whether it is possible to avoid fees for care homes. We meet the elderly people who they did not understand what they were signing up to, but agreed to pay more than 3000 pounds for one scheme because they were told it could save them thousands of pounds in care fees.

It's the start of the university year and tonight's Inside Out explores university education. Nick Conrad discovers just how many recent graduates are still looking for work and asks the value of studying for a degree. We meet the college principal who thinks that alternatives might be better - that you do not have to go to university to compete in the job market. And Alvin Hall, the money expert and broadcaster has advice for finding the best and cheapest ways to get into higher education. Alvin tells us which universities are almost free and who might agree to pay for you to study for a degree.
