Mike Harding presents an hour of the very best in folk, roots and acoustic music. This week, Devon-born folk star Seth Lakeman tells Mike about his brand new album Tales From The Barrel House.

The record marks a return to independent recording for Seth, who has been signed to a major label for the last five years. Tales From The Barrel House was recorded down a mine shaft and in the cooperage at the historic Morwellham Quay mining port near Tavistock. Seth plays every instrument on the album, which he also produced himself, and he will be releasing it on his own label.

On this week's show, Seth introduces tracks from the CD and tells Mike all about the unusual process behind the new album, as he enters a new phase in his career.
