Car insurance costs for young drivers have increased in the last few years with the average for a 17-22 year old man between 000 - 3000 pounds. For many young people that's a price they just can't afford. There could be a quarter of a million young drivers on our roads without insurance. Inside Out investigates why the costs are so high and how young people can find an affordable way to stay legal on the road.

Also, we ask why Peterborough is one of the most popular places in the country for migrants, and why some of those migrants are happier to be homeless in Peterborough than under a roof in their home country.

And the family who built and restored a biplane for the fictional war hero Biggles. Brothers Charles and David Boddington built the plane in the 1960s for a movie. The film was never made and the plane disappeared. The brothers have both died, but the son of Charles Boddington found the wreck of the plane and brought it back to Northamptonshire to be restored. We follow his journey to make Biggles's plane sweep the skies again.
