Diane Louise Jordan reflects on the idea that the season of Lent isn't just about resisting temptation and giving things up. The programme also features music from Belfast chamber choir Renaissance. They will be performing a selection of hymns and songs looking forward to St Patrick's Day including I Bind Unto Myself Today sung to the tune St Patrick's Breastplate. The choir is accompanied by Richard Campbell and directed by Ian Mills.
