Debate over the NHS bill reaches its climax on the eve of its approval. Former NHS Trust chairman Roy Lilley and Chris Ham from the Kings Fund explain the bill and its consequences. Two doctors who support the bill and two doctors who are against it debate the key points with Peter.

A doctor who performed brain surgery on two boys from Barnsley at the same time has tells Peter and Anna that it's "fairly rare" occurence. Eight year old Owen Wilkinson was rushed to Sheffield Children's hospital at around the same time as a twelve year old with a similar head injury.

The cardiologist who advises the Football Association and the Professional Footballers' Association discusses Fabrice Muamba's condition and the possibility of twice yearly screenings. He tells Drive there are some conditions which are impossible to detect.
