Topical debate with Nicky Campbell. As the age limit for fertility treatment looks set to rise, Nicky discusses whether it should be NHS funded, and whether procreation is a right.

New guidelines for the health service in England and Wales could see the age limit for fertility treatment rise from 39 to 42. The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence - or NICE - also says IVF should be offered to same-sex couples. But is having a child a right? Should people accept that giving birth to a child simply will not happen, and look to adopt instead, or should the NHS help those trying to start a family? Nicky Campbell discusses fertility treatment with listeners.
