The cost of studying in the UK is rising: From September 2012, universities in England are raising tuition fees to a maximum 拢9,000 a year. Universities in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are also increasing their fees to a similar level, but their home students won't be affected. So how to fund your studies?
