When Jimmy sees his daughter's newly-pierced ears, he puts his foot down. He wants them out. Scarlett agrees, because she's secretly ordered a pair of ruby red shoes, which are more important. Jimmy's furious when he finds out about the shoes and realises she's spent money on them that was meant for Gina. However, seeing Madonna's joy at her new shoes, his heart melts. Scarlett has won.
