Andy Washington is Managing Director for UK & Ireland at Expedia, having joined the company in June 2011. Expedia is the world's largest online travel retailer.

He started his career at the Rank Group, the leisure and gaming company, going on to work at Cosmos Holidays, lastminute.com and Thomas Cook, specialising in Tour Operating, Aviation and Online retailing.

Andy's favourite holiday destination is Las Vegas.

Simon Woodroffe is the Founder of YO! Sushi, YOTEL and YO! 主播大秀.

He left school at 16 with听two O-Levels and went on the road with musicians including Rod Stewart and The Moody Blues, before becoming a stage designer. In 1997 he opened YO! Sushi, a conveyor belt sushi bar. Today, YO! Sushi has almost 100 restaurants worldwide.

Simon appeared on as a 'Dragon' on the first season of Dragon's Den, investing in the ideas and inventions of would-be entrepreneurs.

YO! 主播大秀 is Simon's latest project with the aim to re-invent the way people use the space in their home, by using one space for three or four different purposes.

Heather McGregor, Managing Director of Taylor Bennett

Heather McGregor is the Managing Director of Taylor Bennett, executive communications headhunters, helping other companies find their senior staff.

In her early career, she worked in financial PR and Investor Relations before doing an MBA at the London Business School and joining ABN Amro. She spent eight years with the bank, working in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo, before joining Taylor Bennett in 2000.

Heather has a PhD from the University of Hong Kong, and is a visiting professor at City University's Cass Business School.

She is the current chair of the charity Careers Academies UK, working with 16-19 year olds to raise their aspirations through paid internships, and was a founding member of the steering committee of the '30 Per Cent Club', which is working to raise the representation of women at senior levels.
