Petula Clark and Sir Jonathan Miller

As well as chatting to Jonathan Miller and Petula Clark, Graham considers the virtues of the teasmaid, gives good advice to two listeners and revisits 'Louise' by the Human League.

A programme on contrast this one. Acclaimed director, writer, presenter, sculptor, artist - the list goes on - Jonathan Miller spoke about his latest project in Halifax, a revival of the play Rutherford and Son. He also explained, in a fascinating interview, that his life-long mission has been to discover how our brains and bodies work.
Later, international treasure Petula Clark gave us a world exclusive first play from her new album and revealed she did open Maidstone Zoo in the 1950's. Beat that Jonathan.
In the I Can't Believe It's Not Better slot, Mike in London chose a real stinker called Wam Bam by The Handley Family which could only be appreciated by those whose surname is Handley. And two hours later, Chris George from Cambridge nominated Louise by The Human League as this week's Tune With A Tale.
We hope Chris enjoys his coasters.
In Grill Graham, Maria McErlane helped Mr. Norton to solve the problems of two more listeners-in-need, Kate and Rebecca.
