Alcoholic Recipe

One of sour = lime juice or lemon juice

Two of sweet = sugar

Three of strong = Rum (or other dark spirit)

Four of week =Water, fruit juice, tea etc.

Spice = nutmeg, cinnamon, rosewater etc

Non-alcoholic Recipe

Real Lemon-limeade

1 measure Freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 measure Freshly squeezed lime juice

1 measure Sugar syrup (2:1 sugar/water)

1 dash

Top up with Soda
