The Defence Secretary says he hopes as many as 90 Afghan detainees, being held without charge at Camp Bastion, will be passed on to Afghan authorities "in a matter of days". UK lawyers acting for eight of the men said they had been held for up to 14 months in what could amount to unlawful detention.
