The Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt says 11 of 14 health trusts investigated for poor standards of care, which led to higher than normal mortality rates, have been put into special measures. Also, the health team looks at Multiple Sclerosis, and speaks to James West, who wants to find a cure for his disease.
