A man has been jailed for life for the murder of teenager Rachel Manning in 2000. And David Cameron tells MPs the UK will not join military action against Syria.

A father of five has been found guilty of murdering a teenager in Milton Keynes 13 years ago. Prosecutors have apologised to Rachel Manning's boyfriend and his friend Keith Hyatt who were wrongly accused of her murder. David Cameron tells the House of Commons he won't be bringing back plans for the UK to start military action in Syria and that he "respects" the decision the Commons came to last week. Instead, The Prime Minister said it is imperative for the UK and it's allies to work towards a peaceful resolution.
