Begbie's Memory Tape

Author Irvine Welsh gives Lauren a Begbie from Trainspotting-inspired Memory Tape, plus Lauren welcomes in the weekend with the latest movie news and some top tunage!

Author Irvine Welsh was on the show a while back and revealed that when writing for his characters in the Trainspotting universe, he would create musical playlists for each one. This helped him to focus the treatment of each personality, which music so obviously has the power to do. So, as part of our Sound of Cinema season, he's going to reveal what Begbie likes listening to as part of our Memory Tapes feature.
