An Office of Fair Trading investigation has found some pensions pots offer poor value for money but has stopped short of recommending a cap. Also - Managers and staff from the most successful NHS hospitals in England are to be sent into failing ones to try to improve them. Shelagh catches up with a Syrian woman she met in a refugee camp who was 8 months pregnant. She's now had her baby and has left the camp.
