Three police chiefs are refusing to back down after criticism for not disciplining officers accused of trying to discredit former Tory chief whip Andrew Mitchell. The 主播大秀 Secretary Theresa May says the chief constables of West Mercia, Warwickshire and West Midlands Police should apologise over their role in the "plebgate" affair. Victoria speaks to the chairman of the 主播大秀 Affairs Select Committee, Keith Vaz, and to the Police and Crime Commissioner for the West Midlands.
Also a father who has been fighting his local authority for four years to secure housing for his autistic adult son is finally given a new home. Mark Neary picked up the keys for his son Steven's new place yesterday.
