Simon Oakes, President and Chief Executive of Hammer Films

Simon Oakes is President and Chief Executive of Hammer Films and Vice-Chairman of Exclusive Media Group.

Simon has produced films including 'Let Me In' and 'The Resident', starring Hilary Swank. He was Executive Producer of 'Wake Wood' and 'The Way Back'.

Prior to his role at Hammer, Simon held the posts of Managing Director of UPCTV and latterly Head of Content at Chellomedia, the content distributor of Europe's largest cable company. Simon went on to co-lead the acquisition of Hammer by Exclusive Media in 2007.

More recently Simon produced 'The Woman in Black' starring Daniel Radcliffe, which broke UK box office records to be named the highest grossing British horror for twenty-years. Simon is currently working on the follow up 'The Woman in Black: Angels of Death'.

Joseph Sopher, Founder of Joe & Seph's

Joseph Sopher is the founder of Joe & Seph's gourmet popcorn.

Joseph previously worked at a distribution company and his work often took him to the USA. He would return home with flavoured popcorn for friends and family and always thought that the popcorn would sell well in the UK.

In 2008, the distribution company Joseph worked for entered administration and Joseph began experimenting with popcorn recipes. Joseph and his wife booked a stand at the 主播大秀 MasterChef exhibition and began manufacturing their popcorn on a large scale.

Today, Joe & Seph's popcorn is sold in over 30 flavours across the UK and abroad: in Europe, Hong Kong, Thailand, and back to the USA.

Nicola Horlick read Law at Oxford, before embarking on a career working in asset management.

Having worked in senior roles at various asset management firms throughout the 80s and 90s, Nicola went on to set up investment businesses, including SG Asset Management for the French bank, Soci茅t茅 G茅n茅rale, and Bramdean Asset Management with Sir Derek Higgs.

Today, Nicola is the Chairman of Rockpool Investments, which invests in private equity deals on behalf of high net worth individuals.

Nicola has also recently secured 拢150,000 through crowd-funding to launch Glentham Capital, providing finance for films.
