Nikki Sinclaire MEP on her fight to have gender re-assignment surgery and her fall out with UKIP.

In her first broadcast interview Britain's first transsexual parliamentarian, Nikki Sinclaire, tells Victoria she still has the support of her constituents and explains the troubles she'd had getting her the surgery. The Justice Secretary has cancelled plans to privatise 3 prisons in South Yorkshire.
