Andy joined the John Lewis Partnership in 1985, after graduating from Oxford University with a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics. After initial roles in department stores, head office and manufacturing units, he became managing director of John Lewis Milton Keynes in 1993, followed by the same role at Bluewater in 1998. In 2000 Andy became supply chain director, and was appointed to the board in 2002 as director of personnel. In February 2007 he became managing director of the John Lewis Division.

Andy is chair of the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), the body tasked with driving private sector growth in the region. He is also vice chairman of Performances Birmingham Limited, which is responsible for running the city's Symphony and Town Halls.

David Urquhart is the 9th Bishop of Birmingham, inaugurated in 2006. From the Highlands of Scotland, he attended Rugby School and then volunteered in Idi Amin's Uganda where he became a committed Christian. After ten years in the oil industry with BP, based in London, Middlesbrough, Belfast and Hamburg and theological study at Oxford, he was ordained, aged 32, to parishes in inner city Hull, later serving in Coventry and Birkenhead.

As a Bishop in the Church of England, in the largest UK city outside London, he is actively involved with education, industry and commerce. He is chair of the Birmingham Social Inclusion Process and the University of Birmingham's Wealth Distribution Commission.

A former chair of the Church Mission Society he maintains close links with DR Congo, Uganda and Malawi. He is the Archbishop of Canterbury's Envoy to China, Chair of Ridley Hall, Cambridge, a Church Commissioner and a member of the House of Lords.

For relaxation he takes an interest in Red Deer, Rugby Fives, Motorcycling and History.

Steven is the largest shareholder and chief executive of Warwick Music Group - the parent company of pBone and Warwick Music.

The pBone took almost three years of development, prototyping, and refinement听before launching in late 2010. It is now one of the biggest selling trombones in the world, with worldwide sales of close to 100,000. A pBone mini was launched in spring 2013, and a plastic trumpet is due to be launched next year.

Steven has has a degree in electrical engineering and an MA in European Cultural Policy & Administration from the University of Warwick. He is also an accomplished trombonist.

Jayne is business editor and section head of Metro UK's business, personal finance and property content.

She was previously a news reporter and specialist for national and regional press, including the Daily Mail, Liverpool Echo, and Plymouth Western News.
