Euan Sutherland started his retail career at Boots in 1992. He then worked for Mars, Coca-Cola and Currys, where he was appointed marketing director in 1998.

He later moved to Matalan, before becoming chief executive of Superdrug and then Kingfisher UK & Ireland. He joined the Co-operative Group as chief executive in May 2013.

Euan's interests include Formula 1, rugby and tractors.

A former Rolls-Royce engineer, Adrian Maxwell joined coffee machine manufacturer Fracino听in 1987 as a service engineer. The company was formed听51 years ago in a garden shed by his father Frank; it听now employs 44 people, and exports to more than 70 countries.

In June 2013, Fracino was invited by Number 10 Downing Street to loan 11 of its Piccino espresso coffee machines to the G8 Summit in Enniskillen. A machine is also installed at Number 10 Downing Street.

Ruth Sunderland is associate City editor of the Daily Mail, a position she has held since 2010. She听writes a weekly Saturday column on business and economic issues and frequently contributes to the daily City page column.听听

From 2006 to 2010, Ruth acted as business editor of the Observer. She听has also previously worked as business editor for the Mail on Sunday, and听personal finance editor for the Daily Express, Investors Chronicle and Which? Magazine.
