The prime minister announces a judge-led inquiry into a scheme that saw letters sent to 187 suspected IRA paramilitaries, telling them they were not wanted by police.

Peter and Sam with all the day's news. Northern Ireland's First Minister welcomes a judge-led inquiry after letters told IRA members they were no longer suspects. It was sparked after the case of an IRA member accused of the Hyde Park bombing in 1982 - was dropped earlier this week, because he'd been sent such a letter by mistake. Also, Nicolas Anelka is banned for five matches for his controversial "quenelle" goal celebration; and the queen of country music, Dolly Parton is to play this year's Glastonbury festival.
