But does this attention distract from the need for wider efforts to increase the representation of women at the top level in business? Jane talks to Vince Cable, Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills. 听听

American photographer Laurie Simmons has always been fascinated by the relationship between what we see and what we believe.听 Throughout her career she has photographed dolls in miniature sets that she crafts to look like real life homes. That was, until she came across a life-size Japanese love doll, so realistic and human that she could dispense of her tiny furniture and pose the doll around her own home. The series of pictures called 鈥淭he Love Doll鈥� has been nominated for the Prix Pictet Award at the Victoria and Albert museum. Laurie is also in London to open her exhibition about Kigurumi 鈥� people in Japan who dress up and act like dolls 鈥� at the Wilkinson Gallery. Jane talks to Laurie about her fascination with dolls, her long career and collaborating with her daughter Lena Dunham, the actor and writer of the hit series Girls.

Women are three times more likely to suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis than men, but a study by into the experience of pain and its impact on the lives of arthritis sufferers shows that women typically wait for a worse level of pain than men before seeking medical help. Many people with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) do not take their treatments as prescribed and are often anxious and unwilling to discuss the full extent of their condition, especially younger sufferers. 听Beth Rushmer was diagnosed with RA 18 months ago, aged just 32.
