Yesterday鈥檚 cabinet reshuffle saw the number of women in cabinet double from three to six, with two women in attendance. So who are the women David Cameron has promoted?听听 And what will it be like for the new Cabinet members taking over some of the most challenging political briefs just a year before a General Election?听 Jenni speaks to MP Cheryl Gillan who was the Secretary of State for Wales听from 2010 until the 2012 Cabinet Reshuffle and the fifth woman MP ever听to be a Conservative Cabinet minister, and to journalist Isabel Hardman, who hails these 鈥渨omen on the march鈥�.听

As the Surgeon-Gynaecologist to Queen Elizabeth II's Royal Household, Sir Marcus Setchell has delivered some of the country鈥檚 most famous babies 鈥� including Prince George of Cambridge, and Lady Louise Windsor. He is now retired and tells Jenni about his work for the charity , which invests in special research projects to improving the health of women and babies across the UK, and the knighthood he received in the latest New Year鈥檚 Honours. 听

Last October Warsan Shire was announced as the first ever Young Poet Laureate for London by Carol Ann Duffy at the Houses of Parliament. She has spent the last 9 months creating work that reflects the ever-changing city, and giving readings around Britain and internationally. The Kenyan-born Somali poet first came to notice when her poem "For Women Who Are Difficult to Love" went viral in 2009. 听The Young Poet Laureate competition is launching again this week as part of , a poetry and spoken word programme commissioned by the London Legacy Development Corporation to promote poetry in East London. Warsan joins Jenni to talk about the inspiration for her poems and to do a live performance.

On the 23rd of July, Glasgow will host the opening ceremony of the biggest multi-sports event that Scotland has ever seen. And 22 Para-sport medals are up for grabs, the largest number in the history of the Commonwealth Games, proving the growth of Para-sports at all levels. Twenty-one year old wheelchair racer, Meggan Dawson-Farrell, who was born with spina bifida, is representing Scotland in the 1500 metres. Our reporter, Liz Leonard, caught up with Meggan, her dad John and her coach Ian Mirfin at the Red Star Athletics Club in Glasgow, which was set up for athletes with disabilities.听

20 years ago marked the height of Britpop 鈥� of bands like Blur, Oasis, Suede, Pulp, Elastica, Sleeper, and Echobelly. Blur released听the album Parklife,听and Oasis put out听Definitely Maybe, and the two later battled head-to-head in a media-stoked chart battle, dubbed "The Battle of Britpop." It was scene concerned with British working class values, and a cocky maleness that went hand-in-hand with the rising lad culture of the era. But in a musical movement defined by boys with guitars, where were all the female musicians? And what did this 鈥榣addishness鈥� mean for women? Jenni is joined by Sonya Madan of Echobelly, and by Jo Whiley, whose Radio 1 show in the nineties, The Evening Session, celebrated the Britpop scene.
