Dominic and the panel discuss the Scottish Referendum campaign arguments with just under four weeks to go until voters in Scotland go to the polls. The government says it wants to expand the number of people employed as "physician associates" -- medical or science graduates with two years' training who are brought in to ease the pressure on doctors.
