A crime prevention scheme where personal property is invisibly marked with a special solution is being rolled out to communities across Scotland. The police say a pilot project of the Smart Water solution in Edinburgh saw crime reduced by more than half. Police Scotland issued home security packs to 600 properties in two areas of Edinburgh earlier this year. Now they'll be given out to around four and a half thousand across Scotland. With October being "主播大秀 Security Month" we want to know if you have been the victim of a house breaking? 4,660 jobless people have started their own businesses in the past year under a scheme to help people on benefits become entrepreneurs. The New Enterprise Allowance provides support as well as money to the unemployed, lone parents and people on sickness benefits to turn their entrepreneurial dreams into a reality. This comes as Scotland is in the midst of a start-up boom, with 27,602 new incorporations last year - the highest number since Companies House records began in 1997.
