There are estimated to be around 300,000 people with Tourette's Syndrome in the UK.聽

Paul Stevenson from Berwick, Northumberland, developed Tourette's suddenly at the age of 46 after the death of his best friend.聽

Now he has come up with a novel plan to explain the condition and his behaviour to other people.聽
