Ahead of the International Day of the Girl, Kaye Adams asks if too much focus is being put on girls while boys seem to receive little help for worries and anxieties.

TOPIC 1: PARTY POLITICS
The fallout from the Referendum continues as a reported 6000 people attended a political rally in George Square in Glasgow at the weekend. Some people across the nation are still feeling politicised and this is reflected in the increased membership of political parties such as the Greens and the SNP and also in political groups such as women for Independence. But do you need to join a party or a movement to feel involved or is it all about voting on the day?

Kaye asks: Have you joined a Political party?

TOPIC 2: BOY POWER
International Day of the Girl is 11 October. Two years ago, the UN declared October 11 as the International Day of the Girl Child to raise awareness about all issues concerning gender inequality around the world. It's a day when activist groups come together under the same goal to highlight, discuss, and take action to advance rights and opportunities for girls everywhere. However with much of the focus being on girls these days, boys it seems receive little help for their anxieties. Alice Thomson has written an article in The Times on the range of problems that boys face - from sex, body image and self-confidence.

Kaye asks: Enough Girl Power, Is it time to talk about Boys?
