A new report into child abuse says 650 missing children are at risk of sexual exploitation in Greater Manchester alone, plus Young Fathers win the 2014 Mercury prize.

Child sexual exploitation has become a 'social norm' within some areas of Greater Manchester, according to the author of a report ordered after the Rochdale grooming case. Phil talks to Tony Lloyd, the police and crime commissioner for Greater Manchester, and Nazir Afzal OBE, the chief crown prosecutor for the north-west and the service's national lead on child sexual abuse.
