Mark Beaumont shares his food experiences from travelling round the world with the Queen's Baton Relay while Scotland's spice girl, food anthropologist Ghillie Basan, looks in detail at some of the amazing food that characterises some of the Commonwealth countries. In a whirlwind world tour the team visit the food of Tonga, Malaysia, Kenya, Belize and Jamaica cooking up some remarkable and surprisingly delicious dishes on route!
