British businessman Shrien Dewani is preparing to fly home after a court in South Africa cleared him of murdering his bride, Anni, on their honeymoon in 2010.

The Court of Appeal rules bus companies are not legally obliged to force passengers to make way for someone in a wheelchair. The decision, relevant to England and Wales, overturns a previous ruling that a bus company broke discrimination law when a passenger refused to move her pushchair to make way for a wheelchair.
