Jak's Tomato Sauce

听punnet of cherry tomatoes ( older ones are better)

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp Scottish Rapeseed oil/Olive oil

1 garlic clove peeled

1 sprig oregano/Rosemary/thyme if you have. one of these herbs

Heat oven 180c

1/ place all ingredients in an oven tray

2/听 put in the oven until skins on the tomatoes burst about 15/20 mins

3/ then tip all ingredients into a jug & use a stick blender or liquidiser

4/ blitz the mixture for 2 mins you can then sieve the mix if you don't like听
