Glasgow actor John Cairney shares stories with Ricky about his colourful life on stage and as a painter.

In this week's Listening Project dad and daughter, Charlie and Chaz, discuss what attracted them to window cleaning, and why the dangers of the trade can haunt you for a long time.

Last week a 14 year old became the youngest person in Britain to be convicted of "revenge porn", when he distributed images of an ex-girlfriend without her consent. It's an example of the law trying to catch-up with the influence of social networking sites. But it also shows the challenges young people - particularly girls and young women - face in trying to navigate the complicated new world of relationships. Ricky is joined by mother Catherine Simpson and her daughter Nina, and Lily Greenan, Chief Executive of Scottish Women's Aid.

Christian film reviewer Nathanael Smith looks at how Selma, which chronicles the turbulent three-month period in 1965 when Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. led a high-risk campaign to secure equal voting rights, was influenced by faith, and the relevance it holds in today's climate of racial tensions in the United States.

We drop in on a meal shared by two Dundee residents, which is part of Meal Makers - a project which brings people together through sharing food.

And after a 10,000 mile walk around Europe, actor Matthew McVarish, joins Ricky to talk about his bid to break the silence on child abuse.
