When Janet visits a flat in Glasgow to treat a bad case of cockroaches she discovers a thriving population of mice scaring the neighbours. Her up-to-the-minute techniques, including night vision cameras and a fluorescent dust that tracks the mice, reveal tiny trails over the kitchen work surface.
An infestation of moths in a collection of vintage and collectible teddy bears mean a tough decision has to be faced for their owner. And Angela is called to help a terrified young woman with an extreme fear of spiders.
