Comedian, writer and mental health campaigner Ruby Wax joins Cathy Macdonald to talk about her life and career, including her book Sane New World and her OBE.

This week comedian, writer and mental health campaigner, Ruby Wax joins Cathy for a lively and engrossing conversation about her life and career, including her best-selling book 'Sane New World', and being awarded an OBE for her service to mental health.

Monday marks the beginning of Mental Health Awareness Week, and as our worlds become more and more hectic, stress seems to be a regular feature in many of our lives. So what can we do about it? Cathy is joined by Chris O'Sullivan, Policy and Development Manager, Mental Health Foundation, Scotland, and Pat Hay, who practises Christian Meditation to find out what can help us find more tranquillity in our lives.

This weekend marks the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe Day. In her book "If It's Not Impossible - The Life of Sir Nicholas Winton" - Barbara Winton shares the story of her father, a man who helped save 669 children from the Nazis.

A new book has brought together 40 personal stories of forgiveness, collected for The Forgiveness Project, founded initially as an exhibition over a decade ago to find a way of exploring an alternative to the rhetoric of retaliation.The project has since grown to collect stories from many people's experiences across the world, including the story of Holocaust survivor Eva Kor. The founder of The Forgiveness Project - Marina Cantacuzino talks about the collection of stories, and Eva's own journey to forgiveness.
